The Attendant began by converting a derelict 1890s Victorian public toilet on Foley Street into a café in 2013, and now roasts its own coffee for a small group of London sites (Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell) plus wholesale, built around its Brazil Esmeralda house espresso.
