About this coffee
100% Red Bourbon from the Ischema station in Rusizi, western Rwanda, supplied by about 674 smallholders. Floated, sorted cherries are dried whole on raised beds for 12–20 days. Ripe strawberry, honey, citrus and cherry; medium body, low acidity and high sweetness.
