About this coffee
A washed lot from the Bishan Wate station in West Guji's Hambela Wamena. Cherries are pulped within hours, fermented 36–48 hours, washed in clean flowing water and dried 5–7 days on raised beds under shade nets. Clean sweetness, refined acidity and lifted florals.
