About this coffee
Paulo and Juliana Piancastelli left corporate careers in 2010 to rebuild a degraded cattle ranch in Ibiá into Fazenda Terra Alta, restoring soil, springs and native trees before planting; their coffees have scored highly since the first harvest in 2013. UTZ certified, with subsurface drip irrigation and about 30% of the land kept as conservation area. Bird Rock has bought from them since 2017.
