About this coffee
Special Guests' first Liberica, a 5kg green lot from My Liberica in Malaysia. Inoculated with selected cultures and fermented for 10 days, then dried as a natural in a dark room with controlled humidity. Complex, tropical and very sweet, with almost no bitterness. Sold as a 24g dose in a Weber Bean Cellar.
