About this coffee
A well-rounded, sweet cup of coffee with tasting notes of strawberry jam, butterscotch, and sweet tea. This Natural processed Parainema and Pacamara variety lot comes from the Finca La Sierra farm in Santa Ana, La Paz . Owned and operated by Jocsan Otoniel Mendoza and his family, the farm has been tirelessly working to grow and process high quality coffee. This is one of very few Honduras releases to hit DOCR’s menu along with our first time working with Jocsan , and through a new partnership with Honduran Coffee Alliance .
