About this coffee
Don’t let looks deceive you. This coffee doubles up on natural processing through a 120 hour anaerobic dry fermentation process before finishing on the drying beds in Ethiopia. The 350 members of the Farmer's Co-op in the high elevations of the Oromia region cultivate this coffee from trees with lower yields but exceptional quality.
