A washed Bourbopacas from the Samayoa Denys family's century-old Finca La Bélgica, an estate with Belgian roots in Tecapa–Chinameca. Roasted for espresso: round and comforting, with chocolate, molasses, caramel and citrus, a full body and medium acidity.
