About this coffee
A Caturra from Finca Villa Esperanza in Tambo, ripened at around 1,450 m in the shade of native trees and picked only fully ripe. Instead of being pulped, the whole cherries ferment for several days and then dry slowly on raised beds. Juicy red apple, honeysuckle and plum, with bright apple-like acidity, a medium, supple body and a clean, sweet finish.
