About this coffee
Tesfaye Bekele, agronomist and founder of Suke Quto, is one of the best-known figures in Ethiopian coffee. This Kurume is honey processed, dried slowly with its mucilage: brown-sugar sweetness, bright pineapple acidity and a long black-tea finish. Roasted for espresso.
