About this coffee
A natural from the Chelchele washing station in Gedeb, south of Yirgacheffe, where cherries from small surrounding farms are sorted and sun-dried on raised beds. A light filter roast with clear acidity, lots of sweetness and a lively mouthfeel. Q-grade 87, sold in a 200 g deposit glass bottle.
