About this coffee

In our third edition of the "Curated by Champions" line, we present our Brazil Fazenda Guariroba coffee beans, which taste of lemongrass, white peach, and coriander seeds. The green coffee comes from Fazenda Guariroba in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais state, operated by Gabriel Lamounier Vieira and Elisa Paiva Lamounier . Both producers have a long family tradition of coffee cultivation. Before the Fazenda was founded in 1939, patriarch João Ferreira Carneiro already cultivated coffee on the land in the 19th century. Since then, the farm has developed into one of Brazil's most Source: guentercoffee.com (roaster’s own copy).
