About this coffee
A natural lot from the Gutiti washing station in Yirgacheffe, run by SNAP Specialty Coffee and fed by around 600 smallholders farming two to three hectares each, mostly Kurume, at about 2,200 m. Cherries are floated to remove unripe and defective fruit, then sun-dried on burlap-covered raised beds for 14–20 days.
