About this coffee
A washed grade-2 Sidamo decaffeinated by the Mountain Water process, using natural water from Mexico's 5,500 m Pico de Orizaba. Because only water is used, it is very safe and keeps the floral, winey, stone-fruit character of Ethiopian coffee.
