About this coffee
El Yalcón is a collective lot from 36 small farms of 1–5 hectares around La Plata, named after the indigenous people who lived there before the Spanish conquest. Every delivery is cupped and only lots fitting the profile go in. Decaffeinated in Colombia with the sugar-cane process, which keeps more of the value in the country.
