Great as an espresso based drink or a full-bodied cafetiere A traditional blend of Brazilian and Colombian beans with the addition of a touch of funk from a naturally processed Ethiopian. Expect some nice chocolate notes, balanced acidity and a gentle blueberry. This is the coffee we use as our 'house blend' in our High Street espresso ba

Barrinha is ideal as an espresso, add milk for a chocolaty flat white. We have worked closely with Bruna Costa for a few years, and she has linked us up with some great coffees. This particular one comes from her family's farm—Fazenda Barrinha. It has been in the family for three generations. The land is also a sanctuary for nature and so

The El Dorado is a JCT classic and we've got the perfect coffee to represent the name - we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! A lovely chocolatey coffee with a hint of citrus. The climate here is sub-tropical rainforest,

Burundi is blessed with ideal coffee growing conditions that include high altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils with good organic structure a

At JCT we tend to look for particular flavours from El Salvador - often plum, sometimes a grape or rasin note paired with a dark chocolate. We have hit close to those notes this selection but gone a hint brighter and creamer. A choice we were happy to make. We would recommend this coffee for any brewing technique from espresso to pourover

If there’s one coffee fact you need to know about our co-founder, James at Jericho Coffee Traders, it’s that he loves a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee, so our Source has to be up to par to keep the boss man happy. We love this coffee as a filter, AeroPress, or funky espresso-based drink. Add milk and it tastes like a berry milkshake
