About this coffee
Elegant sweetness, plush, bright and juicy. Panela, candied citrus, peach, plum, tea-rose. Juan owns El Pedregal farm (1920 masl) in Tarqui, a town in Huila Department in Southern Colombia. This lot consists of 100% Tabi variety, a hybrid of the two parent strains of Arabica: Typica and Bourbon, combined with Timor.
