This sublime Anaerobic Washed coffee comes from Daye Bensa’s Rumudamo Village Farm in Sidama, Ethiopia an origin celebrated for shaping the global reputation of Sidama coffee. The 74112 varietal is a defining feature of this site, helping Rumudamo stand out within the Daye Bensa network. In the cup, it’s aromatic and floral, with a light, tea‑like mouthfeel that gives the profile a delicate elegance.
