About this coffee
From the Las Mercedes farms, five generations in the Ortiz family, high on Cerro El Tigre. Finca Las Mercedes won El Salvador's Cup of Excellence in 2006, which began a partnership with Bird Rock's owner Jeff Taylor that continues today. The family has built a local school and a health clinic serving 13 communities.
