About this coffee
An 89-point carbonic-maceration natural Pacamara from Diego Baraona's Finca Los Pirineos in the Tecapa-Chinameca range, a farm in the Baraona family for over a century and known for its collection of 70-80+ varieties. Dried 12-18 days on raised beds; juicy apricot and mango with toffee sweetness and a long finish.
