About this coffee

Due to the challenging nature of sourcing micro-lots from single farms and producers, we only ever see a small selection of them every year. Community lots provide us with a wider net when seeking a specific regional profile and we love how All Day represents Huila as a truly unique growing area. As a roaster, community blends are a great way to support small producers, co-operatives and importers. By offering a single lot coffee in lieu of a 'House Blend' we are able to increase our commitment to a single contract and have a larger impact on a local market.
