About this coffee

Sitio da Torre has been in the Coli family since the 19th century, passed down through four generations in the Mantiqueira highlands. Financial trouble forced Paulo Coli to sell 30 hectares in 1985; the family bought the land back 34 years later. Every cherry is hand-picked across 46 hectares and dried on raised beds the day it is harvested, and the farm has placed in the Cup of Excellence 29 times.
