About this coffee

From the Jiménez brothers — Carlos, Jorge, and Sebastián — at Finca Palermo in Palanda, Zamora Chinchipe, a farm they run in honor of their grandfather. Third-generation growers whose coffee was discovered by partner Caravela Coffee in 2020 and has since been supported by Caravela's PECA program. Balanced and soft with gentle apple, caramel, and creaminess — roasted with espresso and milk drinks in mind.
