A rare washed Bourbon Aji from Carmen and Efren's Finca Los Chorros in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila — reached by a 30-minute hike with no road access. This lot won the table at cupping during a farm visit, and the whole 60kg lot available was bought on the spot. Complex fruit character with juicy apricot, mandarin, and hibiscus florals.
