About this coffee
Edelmira Coffee brings together 35 smallholder families farming inside UNESCO's El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, high in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. They grow coffee under native shade as agroforestry, a way of farming shaped by the reserve's protections and the high cost of fertiliser. A fully washed Bourbon and Caturra, sweet with notes of vanilla gelato. Roasted for espresso.
