About this coffee

Sumava de Lourdes, in the West Valley facing the Pacific and Gulf of Nicoya, is produced by Francisco Mena. Harvest runs January-April; cherries are processed at the Penagos micromill and sun-dried on raised beds for 22-25 days to 10% humidity.
