The Gakenke station in Kayanza works with 1,780 registered smallholders across 22 hills, most with around 250 trees. Rubagabaga, founded in 1992 and run by Greenco, processes cherry from about 2,700 smallholders on plots under a hectare. Hand-picked, floated and hand-sorted, washed in clean water and dried on raised beds for about two weeks: clean, sweet and elegant. Recommended for filter.

La Reserva is a 380-hectare farm Juan Felipe Ocampo recovered in 2018 after three years abandoned; it grows 21+ exotic varieties alongside a protected reserve home to the Andean bear. Cherries ferment 36 hours in sacks, are pulped, then ferment anaerobically for 96 hours before about eight days of drying. Recommended for filter.
Strawberry · Grapefruit · Rooibos

From Popayán in Cauca, at about 1,700 m and sheltered by the Andes, where stable conditions give sweet, balanced coffees with a marked citrus acidity. Part of a programme with around 65 smallholders that pays roughly 20% over market for selected lots. Recommended for espresso and moka.
Sponge cake · Molasses · Vanilla

A special from El Turpial, Emerson Narváez's high farm in Nariño, where cold nights slow ripening and build dense beans. Selective hand-picking and careful processing give an elegant, floral cup with citrus and tropical fruit and a bright acidity. Sold in 200g boxes.
Passion fruit · Violet · Apricot

Collected by partner EDN Ethiopian Coffee from hundreds of 1–2 ha farms around the Chelchele station. Hand-picked cherries are dried whole on raised beds for 15–20 days and turned regularly. Recommended for filter.
