Morgon Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty roastery in Gothenburg, roasting single origins and blends primarily for filter. The team builds long-term relationships with the producers it works with — travelling to origin in Ethiopia, Kenya and Brazil — and roasts weekly at its Lindholmen roastery on Anders Carlssons Gata, where a counter sells beans and brewed coffee.

Morgon’s take on a Swedish "mellanrost" — bold with notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Sourced with a few of Morgon’s Gothenburg wholesale partners. Harvested September 2025.
