About this coffee
A honey-processed Catuai from the Montero family in Tarrazú, three generations of growers from grandfather Eli to Carlos and his son Jacob. Neighbours see the family as leaders of the Tarrazú specialty movement, and Carlos, Jacob and Marianela have visited the Gothenburg roastery. Balanced and creamy, with chocolate biscuit and ripe plum. Harvested March 2026, roasted for filter.
