Father's Coffee Roastery was founded in 2018 in Ostrava as a family project that "has long since grown beyond just mom, dad, and the kids." The team roasts on an American Loring S35 hot-air roaster for lighter roasts with preserved flavor complexity, passing every batch through optical sorting with eight quality data points logged per roast. Since 2023 the roastery has run development projects in Uganda and Colombia supporting farmer infrastructure. Source: fathers.cz
