Chloé Cà Phê & Roastery is Sacramento’s first dedicated Vietnamese specialty-coffee roastery, opened in Midtown by husband-and-wife team Charley Phung and Crystal Huynh-Kim — both former mobile-food vendors — and named after their daughter Chloé. In February 2024 they traveled to Vietnam to source coffee directly; production roasts run through Bay Area CoRoasters in Berkeley on a Loring roaster, with a Roest sample roaster in-house.
