The Roastery by Nozy Coffee
Tokyo, Japan
The Roastery by Nozy Coffee, founded 2010, was a single-origin pioneer in Japan — beans are roasted right there at its Harajuku (Cat Street) shop. A sister branch, 'flow by Nozy Coffee', opened in Kyoto in early 2026 and is deferred to that city's batch.
