Das Cøffe is a third-wave specialty coffee roastery in Düsseldorf, running a café at Carlsplatz since 2017 selling its own roasted beans alongside hot and cold coffee and tea. In 2024 it opened a second location in Heerdt with its own on-site roastery ("Das Cøffe Roastery") in a spacious courtyard setting.
