Hand-harvested and pulped, then fermented in large sealed bags without oxygen, from second-generation producer Lucas Velloso do Nascimento near Patrocínio. A rich chocolatey body with cherry compote and a smooth, caramel-like finish.
Cherry compote, chocolate, caramel

From Claudia Colmenares's family-run Providencia y Santa Barbara: about five tonnes a year from 16,000 trees, a local workforce, and 200 protected Quindío wax palms, Colombia's national tree.
Raspberry, rose petals, jasmine

Cupped and sourced like Nude's best single origins, then custom-decaffeinated in Colombia with ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane. For espresso and filter.
Dark chocolate, caramel

A Geisha blend from two Nariño terroirs, the Inga Indigenous Reserve of Aponte and mineral-rich Samaniego. Processed in Buesaco with a 210-hour must fermentation using sugarcane, hops and selected yeasts, then slow patio-dried: layered sweetness, citrus acidity and big florals.
Plum blossom, apricot, white grape

From Hacienda Sonora at the foot of the Poás volcano, a 100-hectare farm and mill that processes only honeys and naturals to save water. Nude has been visiting Diego, Alberto and Anna Guardia for over a decade. Roasted for espresso.
Red grapes, caramel

The same Hacienda Sonora black-honey Red Catuai as Nude's espresso version, roasted specifically for filter.
Assam tea, marzipan, almond

Nude's house espresso: black-honey Catuai from the Guardia family's Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica for fruit, with washed Typica and Bourbon from the Alvarez family's Las Lomas in El Salvador for richness.
Red berries, toffee, chocolate, caramel

From Santa Maria on the Ilamatepec volcano, the Alvarez family's sister farm to Las Lomas, processed at their own El Borbollón mill. Cherries are float-sorted, pulped, dry-fermented overnight and dried 8-10 days on clay patios and raised beds.
Milk chocolate, hazelnut, demerara sugar

A long-standing Nude single origin from the Alvarez family, four generations and over 100 years growing coffee on the volcanic hills of Santa Ana, where they run free schools and clinics on their farms. Recommended for espresso, good for any brew method.
