Araku Coffee
Paris, France
Araku grows organic 100% arabica in the Araku Valley of Andhra Pradesh, India, with Adivasi tribal farming cooperatives (Naandi Foundation) practising regenerative agroforestry, and roasts it in France. The range is built as terroir / altitude tiers — Sélection, Signature, Haute Altitude, Première Récolte, Grande Réserve and Micro Climat — plus limited micro-lots, sold through four Paris coffee shops and an online store.
