Rohelise Maja
Viljandi, Estonia
Rohelise Maja ("Green House") is an organic specialty roastery and café in a former pharmacy on Koidu Street in Viljandi’s old town. It has roasted strictly organic, specialty-grade beans on site for around eight years — currently focused on Central and South American origins — alongside an in-house organic bakery and a small shop.
