WatchHouse began in 2014 in a restored 19th-century watchman’s hut on Bermondsey Street and has grown into a group of "modern coffee" cafés across central London, with its own roastery in Bermondsey. Its coffee is organised into Rituals (everyday), Ventures and Horizons (progressively more experimental) ranges.
