We take our time, brewing small-batch coffees from producers like Oscar Restrepo (business partner) and Juan Chamorro. Expect unhurried conversation, a chance to learn about the journey from cherry to cup, and beans to take home. Everyone leaves as more than a customer, no rush, just connection.
