Lightroast is a specialty coffee roastery and café in Düsseldorf-Flingern, standing for light roasts, precision and pure coffee culture. The micro-roastery opens its Hoffeldstraße backyard for factory sales on weekends, and runs a second café outlet, Jaenner Modern Coffee, on Ackerstraße. Founded by Max Gehler.
