Kavárna Pražírna is a basement café on Lublaňská in Prague’s Vinohrady/Vyšehrad border — one of the oldest specialty spots in the city, with a small street-level frontage opening onto brick-vaulted cellar rooms and an enclosed courtyard garden. It roasts its own beans on a roasting machine you can watch at any time, sourcing origins such as Ethiopia and Colombia, and sells them to drink in or take home.
