Camellia Coffee Roasters was founded in 2016 by Ryan Harden and Rob Watson as a wholesale roasting operation, opening its first Sacramento café in 2018 and moving into a larger flagship space (later also housing the roastery) in 2022. A second café opened in Davis in July 2026. Coffee Director Camilla Yuan roasts all of Camellia’s coffee on a Probat P12-2.
