Not your average decaf: a blend of anaerobic natural and washed coffees, including a lot from Nestor Lasso's Finca El Diviso, decaffeinated with the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process. Floral and sweet up front with dried fruit and cherry, then dark chocolate and baking spice underneath.
