From the Kamunyaka wet mill on the upper slopes of Nyeri, run with its sister mill Kiamwangi under the Iriaini cooperative; the cool microclimate gives dense beans and a layered cup.
Blackcurrant, rooibos, black tea, jam

A natural Pink Bourbon via Cuatro Vientos, the Neiva export company brothers Yonatan and Julian Gonzalez founded in 2018 to connect Huila farmers with roasters. Sold in both the espresso and filter ranges.
Florals, raspberry, peach, darjeeling

From Girma Tamiru's 2.5-hectare farm at about 2,170 m in Idido, farmed organically (uncertified) under false-banana shade. Cherries spend nine days fermenting anaerobically in barrels before drying.
Florals, spiced rum, cherry, white nougat

A sugarcane decaf of a washed lot from Mensur Abahika, the first single producer Osito bought from in Ethiopia and a central figure in western Ethiopia's Tokuma Farmer Group, which began producing washed coffees in 2022/23.
Chamomile, milk chocolate, creamy

Floated cherries ferment dry and anaerobically for 72 hours with the pulp on, with fresh lychees and wine yeast added to the tanks at Jairo Arcila's La Pradera mill, whose wastewater is filtered through vetiver beds before release.
Lychee, raspberry, bubble gum, caramel

Jonas Reindl's house espresso and the one coffee they never swap out: an organic estate in the Cerro Kilambé reserve, chosen by founder and head roaster Philip Feyer on a visit and imported directly from producer Ulrich Salamun with no middlemen. Grown in cloud forest at up to 1,800 m.
Nougat, almonds, citrus

A blend of traceable naturals from selected growers in Carmo de Minas: ripest cherries only, density-sorted on a lavador, sun-dried on patios for three days and finished in mechanical dryers.
Caramel, milk chocolate, orange, spices

A Sidra from Brayan Smith in Pitalito: the variety thought to cross Ethiopian landraces with Bourbon, prized for floral, tropical complexity and demanding careful pest management.
Lemongrass, blueberries, caramel, citrus

From smallholder and estate farms around Valparaíso in south-western Antioquia, where Colombian coffee growing began and the national federation was founded in 1927.
Dried fruit, raisin, fig, milk chocolate
