The Roses is a family-run specialty coffee company in Brno, founded in 2017 by brothers Vojtěch and Matyáš Růžička with their father Oldřich. Vojtěch is a former Czech Barista of the Year (2020) who placed 12th at the 2021 World Barista Championship in Milan. What began as one café and beer bar in Královo Pole has grown into two cafés, a beer bar, a green-coffee import business and — since 2025 — the company's own roastery and Barista Academy training centre on Špitálka. They buy green coffee through direct trade with producers and roast it gently, offering most origins as separate filter and espresso roasts.
