Cà Phê Ru is a mobile Vietnamese specialty-coffee cart founded in 2019 by friends Nghia and Tran ("Ru" means "lullaby" in Vietnamese). They source single-origin lots directly connected to Vietnamese farmers in Đà Lạt, Bảo Lộc and Quảng Trị, roast locally in Sacramento, and pour traditional phin-filter coffee at the Greenhaven Pocket Farmers’ Market (Sundays, seasonal) and other Northern California markets — there is no fixed storefront.
