Specialty coffee roastery in the Madrid area (a brand of Buhl Origin SL), sourcing directly from their own family-owned farms in Dipilto, Nicaragua. Roasts washed, honey, natural and anaerobic lots plus a house espresso blend and a Swiss Water decaf, and runs hands-on coffee roasting/cupping workshops at the Ajalvir roastery with SCA-certified trainer Josiana of IdCoffeeLab.
