About this coffee
Three varieties (Geisha, Ají and Rosado) from progressive Colombian producers Pedro Lugo, Jefferson Motta and Henry Bonilla, brought together for the first Advanced Washed edition of Sweven’s seasonal espresso collaboration with Cata Export. Multi-layered vibrant acidity, Turkish-delight sweetness, a soft marshmallowy texture and a rose-vanilla aroma. Source: swevencoffee.co.uk (roaster’s own copy).
