Sweven — an archaic English word meaning 'a dream or vision' — is a Bristol coffee roastery founded in 2019 by Jimmy and Aga Dimitrov, who began working in coffee around 2010. Jimmy is a certified Q Grader and placed 2nd in Coffee Masters at the 2019 London Coffee Festival; Aga has competed in UK Latte Art and Brewers Cup Championships. Their Bedminster café is 'the public face' of the roastery, serving single-origin, producer-traceable lots roasted in-house, with a mission built on quality and producer relationships 'from farm to cup.'
