About this coffee
From the Kii Factory of the Rung'eto Farmers Cooperative, around 950 members growing on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Washing channels are tiled to keep foreign matter out and water is filtered and reused. Hand-sorted cherry is pulped, dry-fermented, washed and graded, then dried on raised beds for 12–20 days. Blackcurrant, raspberry and plum.
