Roasteries / Fuglen
Fuglen began in 1963 as a coffee and tea shop on Universitetsgata in central Oslo, and is now a coffee-shop-by-day, cocktail-bar-by-night institution with vintage Norwegian design for sale, sister bars in Tokyo, and its own roastery. Fuglen Coffee Roasters opened in Gamlebyen in 2018 on Tim Wendelboe’s old Probat, roasting light single origins sold under the Fuglen Coffee label.
